L\u2019Erbolario, a leading brand in the cosmetic field, was not obtaining the expected results on Amazon, despite the brand being strongly recognizable. The main obstacle was the frequent shortage of stocked products. Being a B2B company, the cost of reprocessing pallets and shipping individual packages to Amazon was too high. In addition, Amazon’s dedicated perfume warehouse often refused shipments, further exacerbating the problem of product availability.<\/p>\n<\/span><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>

We identified the logistics partner best suited to the customer’s needs, capable of handling the transport of TIRs loaded with pallets, reprocess them and ship the high-turnover products to Amazon warehouses for FBA. At the same time, low-turnover products and those not accepted by Amazon warehouses were shipped directly to the end customer.<\/p>\n

To this strategy, we added the optimization of the brand’s presence on the platform and the implementation of a company policy to try to enforce list prices on resellers.<\/p>\n<\/span><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>
